From the Neck Up continues under new ownership. I’m Rebecca White, and I’ve been doing hair for 15 years. I also have a personal understanding of what my clients are going through—I’ve been a wig wearer for more than 30 years.
Buying a wig or hair topper is a personal, intimate, and potentially life-changing moment. I’ll help you distinguish the colour, silhouette, quality, and length to simulate natural hair, and find the perfect style for you.
